August Underground: A Fan Music video About A Fallen Angel

August Underground by Ethel Cain had been a beloved song to me and an inspiration for the atmospheres I wanted to bring into my horror. Initially, the concept was to do a longer film with a more solid plot, but I decided to go with something more abstract.

As the title suggests, this is about a fallen angel. The film stars my best friend as the angel and throughout the film, we see two sides of the same coin. That coin is about dealing with being cast out of heaven.

On one side, the angel is fearful of the light, while on the other, longs for and is even mesmerized by the heavenly light, knowing they cannot go back.
